Return policy
In White wants to ensure your complete satisfaction for all online purchases. We will gladly accept your return, on qualifying domestic orders, of unworn and unaltered merchandise within 14 calendar days from the date delivered.
Return requirements
- All returned merchandise should have the original tags attached, and be in the same condition as when it was received.
- All footwear must be tried on carpeted surfaces only.
- Items must be sent back with the original garment bag and packaged in a suitable way to protect contents.
- Please avoid wearing perfume or deodorant as these can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable.
Refund information
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment and are processed 2–3 business days after the return is delivered. Shipping costs are non-refundable and returns received outside of the return window may be issued as store credit.
Restocking fees
Customers who submit high-volume or frequent returns, including multiple orders returned within a short period, unusually large quantities, or patterns that indicate excessive or non-standard return activity, will be subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the item's purchase price.
In White reserves the right to refuse the refund of any merchandise that does not adhere to our policy; such items may incur a 10% restocking fee.
Important exclusions
- Merchandise purchased online cannot be returned to an In White flagship boutique; returns are coordinated through our customer concierge.
- Sale merchandise, and anything noted as final sale such as fragrance, books, special orders and selected intimate apparel, are final sale with no exceptions.
- International orders outside our domestic shipping region are final sale and cannot be returned.
Damaged or incorrect items: If we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged item, please contact our customer concierge immediately upon delivery at customerservice@inwhite.com.
Shipping & delivery
Processing time
Please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday excluding holidays. In White cannot be responsible for unanticipated carrier delays.
Domestic orders ship with our courier partners. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders with multiple items may ship in multiple packages.

International orders
In White ships to many countries worldwide. International customers can shop online in their local currencies where available, with duties and taxes shown at checkout when applicable. You are responsible for ensuring that any products you order comply with your local regulations.
Please note: all international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
