How can I locate an authorized retailer?

Can I order a bridal gown online?

Ready-to-wear and select bridal styles may be available online depending on your region. Made-to-order and couture pieces typically require an appointment or concierge order. For bridal purchases, contact us at customerservice@inwhite.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to many countries worldwide. Rates, duties, and delivery times vary by destination. For help with an international order, email customerservice@inwhite.com.

When will my pre-order item(s) be available for delivery?

Please allow up to several weeks of production time on pre-order styles. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships. For availability questions, contact customer service.

How can I determine the proper size to order?

Sizing guidance is listed on each product page. If you need personal advice, our team can help you choose a size before you check out.

Alterations

Alteration policies vary by item and channel. Contact us before purchase if you need alteration guidance for your order.

If I do not see my size available online, am I able to order it?

Often yes. Some pieces are produced in limited runs and special orders may be final sale. Email customerservice@inwhite.com if your size is not shown online.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major cards and other methods shown at checkout (for example Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and local options where enabled).

Order changes / cancellations

We will try to accommodate changes while your order is processing. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. For assistance, contact customerservice@inwhite.com.

Shipping & delivery

Please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Domestic shipping methods & fees (indicative): • Express: carrier rates apply • Standard: as shown at checkout Orders with multiple items may ship in multiple packages.

International orders

International customers can shop where enabled; duties and taxes may be shown at checkout depending on destination. Regulations vary by country—please confirm that products can be imported to your location. Note: international orders may be final sale where stated at checkout.

Product availability

All products are subject to availability. You will receive an email when your order is confirmed; a separate message is sent when your package ships with tracking.
